Heading home on my 250 and got rear ended by a Ford F350 Dually with a huge ass
brush guard. ![]() That brush guard left a pretty good dent in me ![]() Bike is banged up and I'm under medical treatment. ![]() Went ahead and retained an attorney. This makes three consecutive civil suits. ![]() Only been 11 months since my last motorcycle accident and the insurance still hasn't paid those bills ![]() Login or Register to Remove Ads |

You might want to trade up to a larger bike with extra lighting on the hind end. |

Wow, the sound of screeching tires would be a heart stopper. I consider myself lucky with only a small bump and a broken tail light lense in slow moving traffic. My only other almost tail ender was in the middle of a mile long bridge with stopped traffic and a really big Caddy screeched up behind my bike and stopped a few inches shy of the bike. I saw him coming but had nowhere to go.
Heal up and hope for no permanent injuries to lesson your quality of life. |

Can you initiate a civil suit, get a judgement, and attach a lien on everything they own? Hate to see you screwed.

They, him and his partner, had closed the corp and transferred the assets to another name. He now, on paper, only has his primary vehicle, the corp ford f350 dually and a primary residence. Apparently those, your primary vehicle and your primary residence, are protected from irs and civil suit for as long as you are alive. It's alright though.... I got his plate #, phone #, name and address............... ![]() |
