Hello all!
Hey there, i'm from NC. My dad (tsmall) has a GZ250 that he's going to teach me to ride and reccommended this site so that I can learn how to ride right! It's a good little bike that we're customizing and I can't wait to start! Basic controls are on the DR 100 we also have so I can fall down a lot and not ruin the bike lol.
I look forward to hearing from people and learning how to ride! Login or Register to Remove Ads |

Re: Hello all!
Hi and welcome! I'm sure you've heard this 100 times already, but I recommend taking the MSF basic rider's course and get David L. Hough's book, "Proficient Motorcycling." Both of those things will help you have the best shot at surviving your first year riding.

Re: Hello all!
Welcome to the forum from South Carolina. I have to agree that you should take the MSF BRC (Motorcycle Safety Foundation Basic Rider Course). It's the best spent money on your safety as you'll learn the correct way to ride. Good luck and ride safe.
