Re: Shinko longevity
A 3 hour job and we don't even get photos or a "How-to" out of it?
What a waste of time ![]() |

Re: Shinko longevity
I agree.
For me, that's the whole point of forums. I know they serve other purposes. But that's my motivation. Collective knowledge is immeasurably helpful. |

Stromtroopers.com was very helpful in my search when I decided to get back on 2 wheels. Everyone was riding and adding farkles to their bikes. Nobody was fixing stuff, just regular maintenance. When I write about Lynda's GZ there is never or rarely a negative comment. As a newbie rider Lynda gained experience and skills on the GZ while a larger bike would have been just plain intimidating and dangerous. Lynda moved up to her M-50 and I searched for a forum. Found one and learned about any negative experiences on her new bike. Found a good/bad one too. That can be rectified with the first rear tire change. The rear drive unit needs to be greased properly and reassmbled with a new low cost internal seal. No biggy as the bike will be half way there with a tire change. Login or Register to Remove Ads |
