Hello All!

Wow, what a good site. Wish I had found it years ago when I first purchased my GZ. I am quite the novice, only having been riding for about 5 years. My one regret is not learning more about the motorcycle engine and proper maintenance before I ever bought a bike. Things I should've known, I payed good money for someone else to do. So now I am beginning to learn the more intricate details of the bike, so I not only know how to do routine maintenance, but perhaps optimize the bike and ride as well. And from what I've seen so far of the forums and the info within, I think this site will help me learn much more than I can hope for.
I thank you all for creating, and adding personal tid-bit info of experiences with the GZ250.

Re: Hello All!

Welcome to the forum :2tup: and yes thanks to this forum I have been able to do all maintenance of the past almost 9,000 miles myself, except, the only time I needed the shop was to change a tire, I don't have the heavy duty tire lifters.

Re: Hello All!

Welcome to the forum. Yes it is a great source of info. Even a non mechanically inclined female (that would be me) can do some maintenance on her GZ thanks to the tips, info, and advice of the members on the forum.
