14 days of rain.
14 days of rain out of 17 days is kinda blah but here is the sunshine.
Canmore Alberta just East of Banff. Pics were taken from the roadside in front of the hotel. Good way to start the day. Login or Register to Remove Ads |

Re: 14 days of rain.
Oops, funny editing somehow. The Cowboy Trail(highway #22) South of Calgary. Almost had some Homer Simpson clouds for everyone to see. I was steered this direction by a couple 50 ish gals just riding around till it was time to make dinner for the hubbies. A really nice well maintained secondary highway that was a pleasure to ride. I thank them with all my heart. |

Re: 14 days of rain.
Just a little wet in Edmonton. I left in this sort of weather after 9 days of contemplating a home made ARK big enough to carry the bike. But I'm feeling much better now. LOL. Login or Register to Remove Ads |

Re: 14 days of rain.
No rain !!! Imagine that. Actually this area around Osoyos British Columbia is an actual desert. There is little to no rainfall all year long and all the orchards and wineries have to irrrigate constantly. Thankfully there is a lot of mountain snow melt most of the time. I arrived still in my rain suit and looked a little silly but that's life on 2 wheels. The next morning I walked around in sunshine and warm temps. An hour later I was in a downpour a bit down the road. The Vstrom had company overnight after everything was said and done. Surrounded by Ducatis(3), a BMW, A Suzuki M 109 R and a large thing under a cover away from prying eyes. |
