It may be Zombie proof as long as the Zombies don't think very hard. That building would have to be totally self sufficient with all the power, water, sewage, heating and air to stay for a month. The building should have the capability of defending itself against agressors.

Looks like a good start, but WW raises some good issues. I would also like an escape tunnel that miraculously transports you to the Zombie-free zone that always appears towards the end of most Zombie movies.
