New to forum, and new owner
My name is Michael Warren. My wife, Mandy, and I just bought a gz250 from my sister. She owned it for about three years. I had a Kawasaki back in the late 90's and really missed having a motorcycle but the timing was never right. My wife wanted to learn to ride and my sister sold us the bike cheap as it wasn't running. We are both excited about this new addition to our family.

Welcome mangle. I'm sure you'll get lots of suggestions on getting it running. What's the main problem?

Re: New to forum, and new owner
Welcome to the forum from South Carolina. The only advice I have is for the two of you to take the Motorcycle Safety Foundation Basic Riders Course - MSF BRC - but probably not together. This way she will get off to a good start without bad habits and you can get rid of any bad habits you may have developed. You'll use their bikes so if there is a drop it won't be yours that gets damaged. Good luck and ride safe.
