Wanted: Back seat and Sissy bar for a 2001 GZ250

Hello all, i just purchesed a 2001 GZ250 but it has no back seat so i am looking for one. I love this site, if anyone knows of any please let me know!

You can keep an eye out on ebay. Sometimes can find a good deal there, I just found 1 back seat on there but the listing states theres burn marks on the seat. As far as the sissybar good luck those are expensive. New sissybar/cargo rack from the dealer will run you $330 and ebay is as bad for prices on those most of the time but you can keep check and find a deal on one like I did. Got mine on ebay for $150 plus shipping($12) and it was a new Suzuki sissybar/rack that was still in the plastic and factory box.

Not many options out there for us, unless you think outside the box a little. Ebay, Craigslist are probably your best bet. OR you could go the route I'm going which is buying the rear rack used 40 bucks and then buying a hard shell storage box. I bought a SHAD 33 I think was the model and it come with a mounting plate for the luggage rack and you can buy a backrest to attach to it. Plus you get some dry storage out of the deal as well! The box was 85 bucks and the backrest was another 30 plus shipping. So I'm all in at 165 and that's for a rear rack, Storage, and a backrest / sissy bar. I figure it saved me at least 200 bucks!

Keep an eye out on here for people "parting" bikes out. There's not a lot, but I seem to recall one or two a year.
