1999 GZ 250
I bought this bike off ebay in 2002 with 34 miles on it. Supposedly it was purchsed for the wife to ride along with her husband, but as things go she became pregnant and the bike sat in the garage for the first year when the second pregnancy happend. So two years + and only 34 miles, ebay $1675. It now has only just over 2000 miles on it. I use it for local neighborhood riding and four years of airshow escourt (Sun-N-Fun airside ground safety) 260 miles last week in 1st and 2nd gear. This is a fun bike, easy to ride, low noise, looks like an MC should. --Dan--

Re: 1999 GZ 250
Update; Now at 3309 miles, half of which were in 1st and second gear (airshow) I am putting on new tires. Old tires - front wore to tread replacement level and had checked sides, rear had 1/2 tread left, but was hard and with checked sides, both were 1999 originals. Oversize for Bike, but front replacement is Dunlop (same brand and style as the originals, but larger) D404 130/90-16, Rear is D404 140/90-15. Had to move the front fender up 3/4" to fit front tire. Will post (new topic) details after a few more test rides. --Dan--

Fresh rubber is always good. With a little luck the larger front tire will make the speedo more accurate. You might want to check it with a GPS just for fun and ticket avoidance.

I think there is a better chance of an under water tunnel.

Geez Dan,
You are a man of few posts! Can you (or anyone) explain to me the relationship between 1st and 2nd gear and an airshow?
