finally got my bike. I'm loving it after trying to rebuild a 76 Honda with loads of electrical and other problems.
My bike is 2004, nice condition.

It is, but only to new registrants after the upgrade. Those that registered before the upgrade. Those that register before the upgrade have to manually do it.
