New muffler
Picked up a 17" muffler off ebay for $39. Almost a direct bolt on. Had to cut the original pipe right in front of the screw mount for the heat shield. I was even able to keep the heat shield to add to the look some. Sounds sooo much better! Nice, low, mellow note. It is a good bit louder but not annoying by any means and not raspy at all, throughout the rpm range which is nice. Had to adjust the jetting some on the PWK carb but it REALLY likes this setup! Pulls much harder above 45mph now and seems to have picked up a little off-corner grunt too. I would highly recommend it. Took me less than an hour start to finish.

I'm not sure why the picture shows upside down on the thumbnail but when you click on it, it goes right side up. Weird.
