Marauder

Sort of on topic, sort of not... when ordering parts is there any difference between the GZ250 and the GZ250 Marauder?? All of the pictures I've seen when google-ing the "marauder" look just like a standard GZ250, but some of the pictures in catalogs and on ebay list a marauder and have a picture of some outer-space-looking bike.

It seems that the U.S. gets the GZ 250 and the rest of the world gets the Marauder. Same bike just the name has been changed/retained/maintained, you get the picture.

Re: first bike: Marauder GZ250

Find an empty parking lot for practicing. You will benefit greatly with professional rider training in your area. Also pick up a copy of Proficient Motorcycling by David Hough. It is chalk full of excellant info to help you understand the best way and safest way to ride.
