Uneven Wear Front Brake Pads

I installed new pads about 2 months ago and now I'm getting a very loud squealing noise from the front brakes. I checked the pads and the left (outside pad) is just about worn out and the inside pad looks new !!! Any idea why it would wear unevenly??

If you paid any attention at all to how the brakes actually WORK when you were changing the pads, you should know this already. Something associated with the worn pad is STUCK in the operated position. Could be a caliper piston OR it could be binding because it wasn't installed correctly.

I just checked them and the springs/shims are all there. I'll take it apart and clean it.
