rear fender removal
I am in the process of repainting my gz and I have a question regarding the rear fender. I would like to remove the metal frame from under the plastic fender but there does not seem to be an easy way. I have it off the bike but the bolt holes seem to be mated to the plastic?????? Has anyone done this before?
thanks.

Re: rear fender removal
There are 2 bushing that were stuck well, I accidentally banged the fender and they popped out....go figure. Now to the painting...of which I suck at. But the labor is free. :2tup:
I will post a pic after its done. Still want to put dragbars on it. Might try the cheap and easy route of using 19mm long shaft sockets for the risers. Oh, I also replaced the front fender with one I refurbished from a suzuki savage...cost me 14 bucks.

I like it too, and the white is nice to the eye for me.
