another newbie

hi all, been lurking around the site on and off for a while now, if ya want a little history bought a gz250 about 3 years ago and used it to commute to and from work, the idea was to have a cheap reliable way of getting to work. Hadnt been on a bike in almost 20 years so it was a way to learn again and build up my confidence... well it did that to no end and currently iam driving a fazer 600... wot about the 250 you ask?... just couldnt bring myself to sell it so gave it to the son and between us we put together a little bobber for him (got to admit i love scooting around town on it to) well its time to give the scoot a little freshen up this winter... polishing the engine casings, changing the rear taillight, new bars plus a few other minor details

looking forward to chatting with you guys

cheers from ireland

Yes Bandit. Welcome to this wonderful forum, and I also agree that your son's bobber looks really impressive. I love the whitewalls with red rims. Makes the tires stand out. Well done.
