If you decide to go with an aftermarket, I've got a good recommendation that has worked for me. No welding required but you will need a grinder/sawzall.

Buying a new factory exhaust will run you almost $600, unless you find one going on Ebay or get lucky on the forums.
Anything aftermarket will be cheaper, but it will also require some fiddling with the carb mixture. |
