First timer

Got my first bike, the same type as what I used to take the safety course. It's a 2008 GZ250. Dear husband of mine is like an ex-smoker, keeps informing me its a coffin on wheels. He used to have a bike long ago but got rid of it after an accident.
So I plan on staying tuned here because I like to work on my own property. Because it was checked out very well by the dealership it's in really good shape. It does seem to need time with the choke up. Kind of hard to find the sweet spot.

Welcome to the Forum!

Just out of curiosity...did your Husband get rid of his Bike
after his accident before y'all got together or after?

In other words does he just claim to be a Biker
or is there actual proof that you saw that he was?

Re: First timer

Welcome to the forum from South Carolina. I would recommend you take the MSF BRC (Motorcycle Safety Foundation Basic Rider Course) as it will help you develop good habits. Ride safe.
