Jerry Springer: The Opera

I used to be on the board of this theater. They're doing "Jerry Springer: The Opera" and they got close to 20,000 emails from a group that objected to the way they portrayed bible characters (after Jerry is shot and goes to hell [yes folks, it's not a documentary!]) Ennyhoo, thought some of you might get a kick out of the photo we used for an interview about the ruckus on OC Music scene:

Re: Jerry Springer: The Opera

Alan I stand corrected. He is out of this world. What amazes me is a show like his has such a following by people who should know better. His show actually makes professional wrestling look like a good honest sport.

Re: Jerry Springer: The Opera

The Opera makes fun of Jerry, the show, the guests and, well, most of America. It's got a lot of curse words in it but it's pretty ^@&#!n& funny!

Re: Jerry Springer: The Opera

I wonder if any of the protestors will have the guts to go see the show.
