Old lady at the doctor's
An old lady went to the doctor....
"Doctor, can you help me? I can't stop breaking wind. All day long I'm breaking wind. Mind you, luckily they don't smell" "Yes madam, I want you to put these drops up your nose, three times a day" "Will they stop me breaking wind?" "No madam, but if you think they don't smell, well get your nose sorted out first"
