Bobber / Chopper Discussion

I see a bunch of guys and gals on here who are doing various bobber/chopper/cafe racer style mods. If you'd be interested in starting some discussions about ideas, suggestions, or questions post them here.

Since we're explicitly stating this is for people interested in those styles or mods, please don't come telling us how it's not your thing. We understand and respect that choice. :neener:

Here's my first open question: For those of you who have gone hardtail, and replaced the shocks with struts, how do you like it? What size springs did you use for your seat (please include your weight)? That's my next big mod, and I'd love to get some opinions.
