Sure does - but like so many things over here, our local one is in a pedestrian only precinct. They do allow police vehicles in the pedestrian precinct, but that's a dozen more reasons (tickets!) for not taking the bike there.

A park with some kind of memorial in it. Should be easy enough.

Found Tag: Baboosic Brook from the Beals Rd. Bridge.

New Tag: Mobile Food Vending Vehicle.

Hot dogs, ice cream, popcorn, whatever. Could even be a cart. If it serves prepared food and has usable wheels, it's good.
