Hi from California!

I bought a 2001 GZ250 a bit over a month ago and love it. I've been riding about a year, and bought a Honda 750 when I got my M1 license. After a few months and a minor accident on the Honda, I decided I'd do better with some experience on a smaller bike. I ride the bike to work a few times a week and I'm getting really comfortable on it, it's a great bike. I named him 'Toro' since he sounds like a lawnmower when he starts up! I'll try and add a picture of Toro and 'the Bee' (my Honda).

Re: Hi from California!

Welcome to the forum! Since you are from San Jose I assume you have ridden on Skyline Blvd? If not some of the best rides in the Country! It's my favorite spot to ride! :2tup:

Enjoy your new toy!

Re: Hi from California!

You are one of the rare members that got a GZ after having a bigger bike. (Usually it goes the other way.) Welcome, from the other half of California.
