You guys that have both a bike and a boat....do you ever use Quickleen in your bike?

No boat but lots of other gas and diesel engines.
From the description, it sounds a lot like Seafoam......which I don't use either.
I do use a dose of carb/fuel system cleaner about twice a year and Quickleen would probably be good for that, as is Seafoam.
I would not recommend mixing anything with the gas at every fill, however.
