Re: 16T & 39T sprockets for sale
I paid 61.94 + 15.36 ups + 3.72 tax from a local shop.
How does $60 w/ ups included sound? The 16t is still in the plastic. I only had the 39t on less than 50mi and there are no blemishes.

Re: 16T & 39T sprockets for sale
Been through this before after 9/11. At least I'll still have access to a bike to borrow after the transactions are completed on mine so I don't get the RT's (Riding Tremors). I appreciate all the...

Re: 16T & 39T sprockets for sale
To be honest with you, I just gave up. I got the shadow 750 and relied on that for speed and the GZ250 for comfort. Now they are both pretty much sold due to unemployment.

Re: Has anyone tried a 40 tooth rear sprocket?
Ok, I found a solution to my woes. I bought a 750 Shadow Spirit. Fixed it immediately. I can go faster than 70 and the gearing is beautiful. Don't get me wrong though, I still love my GZ.
I now...

Re: Has anyone tried a 40 tooth rear sprocket?
The more I ride it, the more I am happy with it. Your right. I just needed to get used to the gearing. All good now. I was just worried about getting on I70 and keeping up with traffic. Won't be...

Re: Has anyone tried a 40 tooth rear sprocket?
I read about someone moving the choke about 1/8 in fourth in the forum and it seems to help.
I tried it yesterday and fifth responded. I don't think I'll ever get over 70 with the plexistar fairing....

Re: My '09 GZ with new Accessories
I found the how to and had a shop take a 4 x 8.75 x 1/4 and bend it for me with their break press. I cut it like a piece of granite tile with my fabrication tools (I accumulated as a tile setter). I...

My '09 GZ with new Accessories
I just got my Windshield, Engine Guard, and Sissy Bar on. I made the driver backrest with direction from the 'how to' section. It was quite easy. I shopped for the other parts on the internet and...
