You can use any kind of motor oil as long as it is 10W-40. I personally do not buy special "motorcycle oil" but I do use FULL SYNTHETIC. If it were my bike I would drain that 10W-30 stuff out and...

Thanks... The muffler really gives the bike a nicer sound too. It only cost $59.99 thru JC Whitney. Wasn't hard to install either. The 4" thick stands have not been a problem with accessing...

That's ok... BTW, my rear brakes were working fine before I did this. I just noticed a very faint noise coming from inside that grey hub. With the engine off, I would roll the bike a little bit...

OK, I just came back from "cleaning" my rear brake shoes. It really was not as hard as I thought it would be. All I did to get to them was roll my back tire onto a couple of boards to raise it off...
