i tried again and still can't. could it have anything to do with the firewalls my company has set ?i can open some attachments and some i can't,on this forum and in microsoft outlook here at work.

the shoulder is doing much better,thanks for asking.they found a 1" piece of torn cartilage floating around in the joint,caused loss of movement and my jobs requires the use of my arms and hands...
