Can you help out a new member. "1999GZ250" would like to make some posts but is getting blocked with insufficient privileges. I don't know if this is normal for new members but he raring to post and has questions to pose. Thanks in advance for any help in this situation.

Note. I find it odd that he can send a PM but not post. But what do I know.
