I live in Gainesville! I worked with M.M. Parrish realty when my mom was trying to buy a house up here. I worked with Marcia Burgos I think. She was pretty nice.

It has a fenced in yard and garage, nice neighborhood. =) When the weather warms up I'd be glad to do some motorcycle ride-bys if you find a house you want to look at. I can let you know if they're in a good spot, good shape or whatever. I always need an excuse to explore.
