Side covers
Hey everyone, just a quick question, does anyone know of a place I can order side panels for the GZ other than through the dealership? I tried ebay and my local listing of craigslist and got nothing.
In my Intro thread I mentioned that I was slowly turning the bike into a bobber, I say slowly because I do not want to fool with any of the stock parts since the title is clean and all. Ebay is full of old honda and yamaha chrome front fenders that I'll be using as a rear and tanks especially HD sportster tanks are a dime a dozen, just really having a hard time finding those darn side covers..I'd rather not paint the stock ones. Thanks a bunch! Everyone ride safe

Re: Side covers
Try ebay again. Here is the link for the left side panel, the right is listed else where on ebay!
All you need is labor and paint! http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/SUZUKI-2 ... 2050wt_941 :2tup: Login or Register to Remove Ads |

Re: Side covers
Did you try BikeBandit.com or CheapCycleParts.com? You don't even have to paint those...just order the right color.

Re: Side covers
Thanks for the suggestions and links!
patrick_777 I did not try those sites but will check them out..I'm not worried about painting seeing as I'll be going to flat black I'll just use the old rattle cans. If one takes their time they can actually get a really nice paint job out of those things for around 25 bucks just gotta prime her and layer it up..so I'll either use the rattle cans or a professional spray gun that a buddy will let me use Oh and to all the Dads on here, Happy Fathers Day
