First of all, I'd like to thank the moderators for all the work that goes into maintaining the forum. I find the downloadable manuals especially valuable, as I bought my bike used with no manual. I have no experience riding or maintaining a bike, so I'd be lost without the manuals. Thank you.

Welcome 2wheeler from Texas ! Is it hot down there ? :2tup:

+1 for you reading the manuals first. Nevertheless, if you feel any question pop up, feel free to post, and the forum members will give you one worthless advice after another.

Just kidding, actually there are people here who know what they are talking about. Just don't expect an immediate answer, because often the best experts here are where they should be - out on the road !

Happy and safe riding :rawk:

Thanks to all the guys welcoming a new member. And YES it is hot here in TX. The storm in Florida has allowed me the opportunity to practice riding in the rain. My second day of commuting to work I had to pull over and wait out the heaviest of it. Otherwise, it's been 100 every day.
