No surprise South Dakota is first
My state of Minnesota comes in ninth.
http://www.dailyfinance.com/2014/02/...cle-ownership/ A little surprised the "warmer" states don't have higher ownership rates though. Seems like plenty of the frigid cold states (MN, WI, SD, IOWA) have higher ownership rates. Knuckleheads.

I'm very supprised that South Carolina is 40th since there are no helmet laws here. You see a lot of bikes around but it is a tourist area here on the coast.
