foot peg and shifter fitment???

My bike needs a left foot peg and the shift lever. I found this one on ebay but it is says it fits a 2002-2009. My bike is a 1999. Did they make them different in 2002 or will this work for mine???

I DO not know of any differences,he also has one for sale for 99-o2,they look identical.I would check part numbers to be sure if you have doubts. He is asking alot more for the other one, that seems strange.

I checked part numbers for you. Everything is the same execpt a different style foot peg.

This seems to say it all! I,for one, wouldn't want to ride with two different pegs.

.From the pictures.the difference is very minimal.wasn't sure if they wanted peg or peg mount.
Plus one was $30.00 the other one is $60.00.
