Hello from Oklahoma
Hey all,
Think I'm about to plunk down some money on a GZ250. Not quite in a box, but it will take a little work. We need something small and light to haul around behind the RV and the one lunger will probably be just about right. I've been riding for about 40 years and for some reason seem to be declining in cc's at the moment. Bikes I've Had: Honda CT90, CB175, CBR600, VF750S Yamaha TW200, Seca Turbo, XS650 Kawasaki GPZ550 Suzuki T20, T200, and (as of tomorrow)GZ250 I bought the VF750 as a bike in a box project, but that thing is way too advanced for this old man. I'm harkening back to the 1970's and the type of bike I can work on and this GZ seems to be the ticket. I've got some work to do on it as the motor is seized, but I've done this before..... I just got to get back in the way back machine and hope my "want to" will get me hyped up on this. Well.. just thought I'd introduce myself. I'll probably be leaning a bit hard on y'all if you don't mind. I'd like to get her running soon.....
