Throttle and headlight in the HOV lane

Been gone a while. Got hit and knocked into intersection. Almost 100% now.
I've been riding for a while now and had a bad day today.
Throttle cable broke.
I jigged the return cable to pull the throttle and nursed her home.
Headlight burned out on the way.
Yep.... Bad day...

Found a 12 volt 55/60 watt bulb at oreily's... It looks exactly right...
Sylvania 9003 H4

The cable... Any ideas for an inexpensive replacement?

Riding a bike with a backward throttle isn't easy.

Whew! Glad you got home safe and sound. I never would have thought to use the return cable on the throttle. The opposite motion must have been quite weird feeling. That's gotta be a steep learning curve in the HOV lane.

8~) can you imagine switching gas and brake pedal's on a 40 year old then saying 'CAREFUL. I SWITCHED YOUR PEDALS'. Then watching them try to take a driving test..... That was me.
