Illinois to Atlanta, Spring 2009
Heads up Atlanta!
I plan to head down your way again ~April 20, 2009 for 10 days or so. Hope the weather allows the GZ to come with me !! Anyhow, I'm thinking about going to Talladega for the BIG race on 4/26/09. Anybody else going? Anybody know who to contact for a bus ride from Atlanta to the track? Also, anybody along/near US 41 in Indiana, Kentucky, Tenessee or Ga. that would like to arrange an "eyeball" along the way?? If the weather is good, we could arrange a short 16T test ride........although the guy I did that for last year in Atlanta promptly disappeared; gotta give him a call and see what happened!

You know I live 40 miles from the Dragon.
Let's try to work out a time when you come thru. Maybe I can show you some new roads on your way down. Jerry

I'll keep it in mind but.......... Not sure I want to go there that early in the spring when it might still be chilly (wussy rider, yes!) and not REALLY sure I want to do it at all. The mini-Dragon between Monteagle and Piedmont is more than enough for me. Bike or not, I would be up for meeting half-way between you and US 41 somewhere for coffee or lunch. Will keep you posted.
