The website home page seems like it isn't loading the .css document. Everything for the past week+ has been aligned to the left when I visit it.

I am not sure how, since i haven't been in the folders in a long time ..... the images folder and the css folder both got deleted. Good thing i kept a back up. I'd like to know how the hell those two folders got deleted.
