MC Engine Guard on eBay for $140 shipped
I know some folks have been looking for one so I thought I'd point it out. I'm not affiliated with the seller at all, just a fellow eBay shopper.

I was looking for a set but ended up getting some use HD bars and made the brackets. I only spent $25 for them and then had the joy of using my "man" tools to make the brackets. If I had not made the others, I would have jumped on the ones you posted.

I saw the pics of your adapted HD bars and they look great! I don't have the know-how to do that myself so I bought some GZ-specific ones, heh. Actually, I went with the OEM ones (smaller and less god-looking than the MC's, but at 70 bucks new, I couldn't say no).

Re: MC Engine Guard on eBay for $140 shipped
Those up on top there are new but the ad says they have a few scratches on them where the bar turns. No indication or pics on how bad they are. Scratches usually means rust will follow, so they may have to be waxed or protected if the scratches are through the chrome.
Hell, they get like that anyway if the bike goes over, but the price is reasonable. Like I said before on another thread, I think I paid $140 for my new ones + shipping. |
