boots!

gday all, i was after a new set of boots, the first set i bought, work and they have no faults. Theyre waterproof, they feel ok while i change gear and they are comfortable! They are however more suited to someone who ...leans over the tank! I was after a set of boots that are more suited to someone who...well...sits up its entirely a fashion thing and i wont deny that but what is a good company to get a good, solid (AHEM) manly boot?

Re: boots!

As much as I hate to say this, I've had several pair of Harley Davidson Boots and they've been more comfortable than any of the other boots I have tried. However, you are just going to have to go somewhere that sells a lot of boots and try them on and walk around in them until you find the ones you like best because everyone's feet are different and what feels good on my feet might be very uncomfortable for you. Good luck finding boots you love.

Re: boots!

Here ya go. I have a pair and they are extremely light (like sneaker weight) and are easy on easy off and much less than Harley boots. They have arch and toe protection and you can't go wrong.

Original SWAT Boots

Re: boots!

They look nice but have no ankle protection as in a proper motorcycle boot.

Re: boots!

Those do look nice. I did not pay any more than that for my Harley boots though.

Mine are IMPRAPERM. Totally waterproof. Try googling it.

Re: boots!

I used to like SWAT boots too. That's what I wore for several years.

You got a good deal because when I looked at the Harley boots locally the cheapest pair started at $150.

Cowboy boots.

This is another alternative, that I used before I got my Impraperm. The heels give a good grip on the pegs, plenty of polish helps the waterproofing, and the local shoe repairers fixed a non slip rubber sole on them.

Re: boots!

Do you have two different sized feet? Long and skinny on the left, short and stubby on the right?
