right side cover broke at top

Well on my 03 gz250 right under the top bolt for the side cover broke (the side that says Suzuki) I am not quite sure how to fix it. Would it be like bonding the plastic together or something of that sort? Any info would be appreciated, wasn't sure how to search the forums for this one and after trying just decided to ask myself.

Seems it would have to be really strong to be able to stay together. I found something called loctite http://www.amazon.com/Loctite-136311.../dp/B0044FBB8C - Think itll do the trick? Thanks for the help though!
