In California, this would be parked in a disabled person parking space. Here in California, you see a 4 wheel drive truck raised up so high one needs a ladder to get in the drivers seat. Plates on the bumpers are for disabled person. I always wonder if they got the plates for being mentally disabled.

Yup, things are a little insane when you just have a sight glass in the oil pan to check the level and it is at eye level. Monster Trucks are for entertainment and I enjoy them but put one on the street and they are very dangerous.
