I thought we were in agreement to identify the location of the tags.
The tag object is the motorcycle shop.
The LOCATION, just for curiosity sake, is Urbana, IL.
Looks like somebody else figured it out pretty quick.
You're right on the location rules. And you people keep taking my ideas for tags. The water tower, the bike shop AND the police station were all on my mental list of future possible tags.

Re: Tag-o-rama Gone Global

By the way, it was a really beautiful day to ride around here in NW Georgia and SE Tennesee, very sunny, beautiful blue sky and temps in the 70's! I saw a lot of people out on their bikes today, pretty much everyone was friendly and waved. :2tup: I stopped next to a big Harley at a traffic light, that bike was shaking like it had Parkinson's disease, wow. :retard: If I paid that much for that pretty of a bike and it shook like that I think I'd get violent on somebody at the dealership!

Re: Tag-o-rama Gone Global

Found Tag: Water Tower

I'm not sure exactly where this water tower is. When water tower became the tag, I had no idea where one was. Googling didn't give me much help in this case, so I just figured I'd take the day off from the game and let someone else find one. I had to ride over to Max's BMW in North Hampton this morning to pick up something I forgot yesterday. I took Rt. 101, and somewhere along the way I saw a water tower off the highway but near an exit (I think it was exit 7). So I got as close as I could, and cranked the zoom out as far as it would go, and did OK.

Having been beaten out twice in two days, I looked for a passable next tag, and found a Cigar Store in a little plaza not far from where I'd shot the water tower. I got my shot of that, and immediately posted my entry using my Blackberry. That's a pain, but I didn't want to wait till I got home and get beat out again. Now that I'm home, I'm reposting the images properly, and adding these notes using the computer.

New Tag: Cigar Store

If it goes un-caught for a while, might need to expand it to any kind of "tobacco shop".
Not sure I have either anywhere near me.

There's a few around you, Easy

Mine is a few miles away (seriously, like 3) but they're talking about 10-14" of &#@*!! snow today.

Must be a regional thing. We have a number of them around here. Sorry, Easy. I didn't know.

Geez Louise - you gotta be kiddin'! Hit 75 here yesterday, and will again today. Sunny for the last few days. Starting tomorrow we get some rain for a few days. Maybe you better move North to get out of the snow belt.

Re: Tag-o-rama Gone Global

We were at 75 yesterday too. That's what's irritating about it. We'll be back at 65 on Tuesday.

I see from the google search that there may be one close by. Tnx, Patrick.

The others aren't really called "cigar store" and that was really what my comment was about.

Kinda like the red caboose VS train car thing.

We'll see how it plays out. Gonna be too cold here to ride for a few days.
