Re: Tag-o-rama Gone Global

LOL as well, my apologies WW, and thank you for enriching my vocabulary!

I honestly thought you were sending us out to get a picture of a dilapidated car repair place!

Re: Tag-o-rama Gone Global

I shoulda/coulda been a bunch more clear in my wording. We all tend to have a senior moment when we think "Oh yeah, they will know what I mean." Or as I did, post a pic and think everyone would understand my English. Oh well, we live and learn.

Now somebody go out for a ride and find a grocery cart return area full of grocery carts/buggies/wagons/conveyance devices etc.

Re: Tag-o-rama Gone Global

Had to get some bread from the super market on the way home, so heres the trolley return. Got in just before I park it up for some over due mantainance.

New tag is a war memorial. This is the Birkenhead war memorial park, in, well, Birkenhead on the North Shore of Auckland city. It is 2 minutes up the road from me, but I rode to work and back, in cold miserable windy rain, so I think it counts.

You've missed the English word, "trolley"

Re: Tag-o-rama Gone Global

In England, those things were called "trolley buses". The ones on rails were "tram cars".

Re: Tag-o-rama Gone Global

Here is the war/veterans memorial, obviously not going to drive my motorcycle on it, so here is one with it just outside and my helmet next to the display (the names are around it on the ground on black stones (one seen to the right of helmet)). Also, no, I am not parked in a handicap spot.

Old Tag: War Memorial

New Tag: Water tower (Or pumping station, or equivalent)!

Both are located around Rockford, MI 49341

EDIT: Looking back, I see somebody already did a water tower, will try to be more original next time.

Re: Tag-o-rama Gone Global

Thanks for playing, Clonak! Lots of memorial parks around so the next tag shouldn't be much of a problem.
I took a close look at your photo and noticed you guys call them "trundlers"!
The fact that we have riders from all over the world on this board is really cool!

Oops! didn't look at last post! Oh well, water towers (or similar utilities) are fairly plentiful too.

Play on!

I don't have any water towers near me but I am sure you would accept a photo of a stock tank since it holds water also

Re: Tag-o-rama Gone Global

Closest I can get is the tank on my lavatory, but I can't get the bike in there. (all our water comes from the water tables in the mountains)
