Found Tag: Animal Themed Restaurant

You didn't say it had to be a real animal. Of course, anyone who doesn't believe in dragons hasn't been following the current US elections.

New Tag: Supermarket.

If you live someplace that doesn't have supermarkets, then the closest thing you have. I think there must be food stores where all of us live.

Found Tag: Supermarket

New Tag:
Roadside Fruit Stand (Pumpkins are fruit, you know)
I'll accept any kind of roadside vending stand, like flowers, veggies, etc. Hey, I'll even accept a hotdog stand! The weather smiled on me today and I'm just glad I was able to get out and get these shots!

Cheers!

Re: Tag-o-rama Gone Global

Roadside Stand: This one seems to be specializing in firewood right now:

New Tag: Cemetery

This one is in my area, it's almost a family cemetery, well, at least several members of my family are buried here. My dad's parents, his sister and her husband and my cousin's Grandfather.

This game has been idle since about October 9th, let's get it going again. There must be a few of us that ride in Winter, or live in warm climates where it doesn't matter.

Re: Tag-o-rama Gone Global

Hey! Thanks for jump-starting the game, Burkbuilds! My bike is stored for the winter now, otherwise I'd still be out there ridin' and clickin'. The plan is to pick up some warm gear for next winter and ride until the snow falls. In the mean time, let's see some more scenery from Georgia, Florida, Texas even!
Cheers

Re: Tag-o-rama Gone Global

Hey, I haven't given up in NH yet! There just weren't any roadside stands open this time of year. I was waiting for some Christmas tree stands to open up.

I did a 130 mile ride today. It was a mission for the Patriot Guard Riders, which I just joined recently. This was my first mission. It was the funeral of a Ranger killed in action in Afghanistan November 30. He came from a small town in Mass. It was 22 degrees this morning when three of us started the ride down. We escorted the procession, and formed flag lines at the service and the cemetery. It was awesome! The show of support really made a difference to a lot of people. And, despite it being cold everywhere in the region this morning, there were 63 bikes there! A couple came down from Maine to Sudbury, MA!

We're in for some really nasty weather for a week or so, but next time it's clear I'll be out at one of the local bonefarms, and looking for a new tag. Let's get this going indeed!

Re: Tag-o-rama Gone Global

dhgeyer,

Thank you for serving in the Patriot Guard to honor our fallen military men and women. It's good to hear that you guys are willing to brave temps like these to honor them.

I was riding back to Atlanta from Chattanooga tonight, snowing, wind blowing in the 20-30 mph range at times and temps in the low to mid 20's and it wasn't exactly fun conditions to be out riding in.

Thanks.
