It could be as simple as the surface your riding on or your position on the seat.If your traveling at a reasonable speed & remove your hands from the bars the bike should track reasonable straight.

Could be the forks are tweeked a bit out of alignment. Do the bars look straight on with the wheel? Also the rear wheel may not be totally aligned after a chain adjust. Make sure the marks on the swing arm line up the same.
