Re: GZ250 Service, Owners and Part Breakdown Manuals - Downl

I made up a table of contents for the GZ250 parts catalog. Hope someone else finds it useful...

Hello!

I am having the same issue as jwells18 above me, the links seem to be broken. Any advice on how to get the manuals?

Thank you!

We are working on sorting this issue out. The forum transfer caused multiple issues like this. Keep being patient with us.

*If anyone has the old PDF still saved on their computer, I can fix the link. Just let me know.

The downloads from the main page should be working now. Just click and you they should open automatically in a new tab.

**Note -they are hosted on an external site in PDF format. If there are any issues, let me know.

Anyone else agree on this???
Agreeing with TommyJoeBilly here. On my 02 gz250. To lock the cam chain tensioner so as to remove it from the engine, i had to turn the slot screwdriver COUNTER clockwise, for it to tighten and lock. Turning it clockwise as the manual states just twists the spring, which make the screwdriver want to twist back, unless you really really keep twisting clockwise, at which point you break the tensioner spring. So now i know the manual is wrong.

Check out Partzilla. If you enter the info of the bike make, model, etc. and part you are looking for, it will show if it is available or not. Prices are pretty competitive.
