After removing the tank this is what I see... It doesn't feel like its loose, any ideas??

Damn, all this time I have been doing it wrong!
Mine gives a bit of resistance from the mounts, but not much.
Well, learn something every day.
But - it is not impossible to do it that way,
been doing it for years.
Now I'm wondering if my mounts need replaced!

You have to remove it from the carb. If it's broken, the broken part is inside the casing.

After weeks of cold, wet, weather, it was NICE today!
High 60's (F) and sunny.
Rode for hours, maybe the last time for this year.
And, she didn't complain a bit.
