Yes,but that's the backrest only.There are no side rails, which are the pieces that bolt to the bike.

Ah... didn't think of that. In that case, there are a ton of them on ebay starting at $71.99 shipped. I wonder why they're $70-$80 for a bigger, more expensive bike, and $220-325 for a smaller, cheaper bike like the GZ? I guess it's a supply and demand kind of thing?

thanks, blaine, for this idea. I have a C50 boulevard myself and I went down to look at it. The hole-drilling would work but the spread of the mounts is much wider on the C50 than the 250. I don't know if that steel stuff will bend, do you? Is that what you had to do? If you say it bends, I'll do just what you suggested.

Everybody else, thanks for all those ideas. However, it's not just about keepign a passenger from sliding off the back. We know about holding on and all. It's also about chroming out and dressing up a bike as sto the rest of the story.

Sorry,didn't see this till I got your pm.I took the back pad off,and bolted the side rails on first.Than the top of the rails will flex enough to install the back pad.
