they should be...they worked fine before I stored it for winter... But i'll check anyways.
Check for a bad bulb,or bad bulb contact on the side not flashing properly.

btw it's a 2008 model
I am having this exact issue. It would have been a waste to start my own thread because I would have had to basically retype this. the only difference is it is the other side. I haven't tried the 15 second thing, but if I turn the key off and back on, it works again, till I turn the left side blinker on, then it flashes about half a flash and then neither one work again. And I have also tore into the switch itself and cleaned it and tested it while I had it apart.

I wish you would hurry up and solve this problem so I don't have to. LOL
