Re: Owner's Manual and Bar Ends

Well, I searched a little deeper and found a few, but they are all in pretty bad condition and none come with the hardware needed to install...guess the people who removed them didn't do it the proper way

Behind the rubber should just be a washer & nut. Check the one you got out in one piece to see. Blowing out might work, or one of those magnets on a telescopic rod. :2tup:

Re: Owner's Manual and Bar Ends

I just got an Owner's Manual on E-Bay for a few bucks
and the Seller threw in the Suzuki Riding Tips Manual.
I know these are online but I like having Books to hold
in my hand and not depend on turning on the Computer
to read. I also noticed both Books were printed in Spain.

Just got the Suzuki Factory Service Manual in the really nice red vinyl binder
with the removable pages for a really good price. This time printed in Japan.

Re: Owner's Manual and Bar Ends

blaine~

Sorry to hear you paid so much. At least you admitting that is
good to share to give people an idea how much the Dealer wants.

I had found it on E-Bay for $44.96 and put it on my Watch List.
When I was keeping an eye on it, the Seller had put a temporary
40% reduction Sale that lasted a few days. I jumped on it at $26.98.

There is currently one listed on E-Bay for $34.95 if anyone wants one.

I realize these are free provided by Link on this Forum and for those like
me who prefer to have something to hold and not be Computer-Based, that it
can be Printed for the cost of the Paper. I really like the Suzuki Binder we both have.

Re: Owner's Manual and Bar Ends

I would go the E-bay purchase. Printer paper is cheap but how many ink cartridges will be needed to print an entire repair manual ? Just a thought.

Re: Owner's Manual and Bar Ends

I bought one of the owners manuals on ebay, still waiting for it to get in, might have to look into the service manual too.
