Yes it is. Remove the riders seat and two bolts there, then the one in the back, simple.

I received the bags yesterday and put them on last night. My bike already had bag supports so I utilized them. I had to put new holes in the adjustment straps and it worked out pretty good.[attachment=0:3q9fuzf3]Bike.jpg[/attachment:3q9fuzf3]

They fit pretty good between the shocks and the signal light. I wish there were more than 2 tie down strings though to tie to the support. I could punch in a couple of holes and add some but I'll see how it works out this way first.

Two tie downs on the front side are enough and if you tie them good the bags would not move or fly while driving. the air pressure keeps them intact with the supports. I have similar type and they never fly around.
